Pax e Bem –  Lugar do Bodhisattva is engaged in the path of Inner Peace and practice of Goodness.

We are a non-profit association inspired  by the ideal of the altruistic being "Bodhisattva" which gathers “friends of the world”, at service of universal peace and goodness.

We are based at this former farm in Cinfães (North of Portugal close to Porto), a place of silence and natural beauty, apropriate to cultivate and improve inner good qualities wich reflects an ambience of great  harmony which benefits all visitors and residents.

Here we practice, guide and hold space for:

*Meditation, Praying, Taichi, Qigong, Dharma talks, Sound Healing experiences etc, to cultivate seeds of inner wisdom and peace

*Healthy, balanced and nourishing diet, according to the five elements and focusing on seasonal and local products, as well as medicinal plants also grown in our own garden. Fasting and cleansing for resetting the body system.

*Diagnosis and treatments of Traditional Chinese Medicine

*Group and individual retreats, with personalized care/coaching
